While my initial thought upon seeing the litigious
female was "Honey, you don't need to wear a ring to
let people know you haven't given it up yet - you're
quite busted."...I think she's onto something.

The idea of a virginity ring is interesting.  I even
think it has an effective role in our promiscuous
society for our developing/burgeoning female youth IF
AND ONLY IF it were hybridized with the color-changing
mood rings so that we, the devirginators, can decipher
what we're up against.

For example:

White Ring = Still a virgin and will wait for marriage
(yeah right)

Green Ring = Still a virgin, but what's the point -
all trimmed and ready to go.

Yellow Ring = Still a virgin, want to get in on, but
have no clue about female hygiene

Red Ring = Still a virgin, want to get down, but on
the Rag - Rainbow Kiss anyone?

Black Ring = Only still a virgin if family member
penetration does not count.
